Domestic orders

Domestic orders will be shipped by insured letter/parcel by courier and must be signed for on receipt. The parcels can be tracked through Track&Trace. 

 

International orders

 

ANNA MOLTKE-HUITFELDT accepts orders from many international countries. All international orders will be shipped by courier, delivered to your door, insured and require a signature. The shipping does not include any custom fees, duties or local taxes.

Return goods

 

You have the right to return your goods within 14 days from the date of receipt.

ANNA MOLTKE-HUITFELDT wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you want to return goods bought from ANNA MOLTKE-HUITFELDT you must contact us by sending a mail to jewelleryinlife@gmail.com and request a return within 14 days of receipt of order and return the goods, including the original invoice in the return parcel.

The goods must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.

Return goods must be shipped as insured mail or by courier. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our address. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending.

In case of a refund this will be made to your account within 30 days from receipt of the returned goods, after proof that the returned goods are identical with the delivered.

Any items that were specially ordered are neither returnable nor refundable.

Colours

 

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on ANNA MOLTKE-HUITFELDT. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

Warranty claims

 

ANNA MOLTKE-HUITFELDT guarantees all jewellery with a one year guarantee against failure due to poor workmanship or faulty materials. The exception is for bromides and chlorides that weaken forged precious metals. Wearing your jewellery in the hot tubs or swimming pools will void your guarantee.

ANNA MOLTKE-HUITFELDT is entitled to settle a warranty claim by refunding the price paid for the goods.

If the items are replaced ANNA MOLTKE-HUITFELDT carries the delivery costs
